Reduced inequalities\u2019. As Virginia G\u00f3mez points out, &#8220;organisations are part of the social ecosystem and, therefore, must respond to social demands, including inequality&#8221;. At Titania we have seen positive developments in terms of requests for work-life balance measures, which were previously requested exclusively by women, and are now increasingly requested by men.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">On Friday 14 March, she was invited to visit the Navantia installations in Puerto Real to celebrate International Women&#8217;s Day as an example of a company committed to equality. At this event, she presented Titania&#8217;s position on equality and how the company&#8217;s strategy has made it possible to break the gender imbalance in the workforce  \u2013 an imbalance that is endemic in the industrial sector.
