In the industry, the excellence of any work carried out is guaranteed by certification and accreditation bodies. In our case, the robustness of our quality system and the technical competence of our procedures and personnel are guaranteed by the different certifications, accreditations and approvals we have obtained. These industry-level recognitions are granted by official entities functioning at national level and by the industry itself, for which it is necessary to pass auditing processes where the compliance of our laboratories with the standards defined by the industry is evaluated.

These approvals are classified into three levels, with each level increasing the specificity of the process being assessed.

Thus, at the first level, we have our quality system certifications according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100. The latter is an adaptation of the ISO 9000 series standards with specific requirements for companies in the aerospace supply chain.

At the second level, as a testing laboratory, we have obtained conformity certification from different assessment bodies, such as ENAC / ILAC accreditation according to UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 for a scope of 150 different tests, which guarantees our technical competence to third parties.

At the same second level, companies in the aeronautical sector developing special processes must be accredited by the NADCAP programme. This programme is promoted by industry for the supervision of the sector’s laboratories. In our case we have accreditations for Non-Metallic Materials (NMMT), Metallic Materials (MTL), Chemical Processes (CP), and Non-destructive Testing (NDT).

Having this range of accreditations has allowed us to access the third level of approval that comes from the world’s aircraft manufacturers. Our tests are accredited by the most important testing institutes: Airbus, in its different divisions (civil, military and helicopters); Airbus Canada; Boeing; Bombardier; Embraer and Sikorsky.
