We are very excited to start our collaboration with the EXIT Foundation, a non-profit organization that works for the inclusion of young people at risk of social exclusion. This is called  the COACH Project,  a volunteer initiative that aims to avoid early school leaving by motivating young people through coaching and mentoring, trying to make them see how training and education is the best way to achieve self-fulfilment, social inclusion and employability.

Titania’s volunteer workers will be coaches of three young people from the Cadiz province, who will be accompanied through facilities to show them the daily work of the company, made up of a team of professionals who are also young. The transmission of values such as effort, teamwork and perseverance, without forgetting of course responsibility, will be one of our objectives, as well as to shock the conscience of these young people to keep on training.
