The first edition of ‘Aquí Hay Talento Andalucía’ (There’s Andalusian Talent Here) was held on 14th November at the Automobile and Fashion Museum in Málaga, and Titania had a very special presence there. Our colleagues Ana Gilo, Production Technician, Mª del Carmen Jiménez, Microscopy, Corrosion and Materials Laboratory Technician, and Cristina Catalá, Composites Laboratory Technician, participated as representatives of young Andalusian talent, bringing with them the spirit of commitment, innovation and the desire to make an impact that defines our company within the regional ecosystem.

This meeting, promoted by the Andalusian Regional Government and the Trivu innovation platform, was designed with a clear idea: to connect and give visibility to the talent that is building the future of our region. Throughout the day, key figures from the institutional, business and academic spheres gathered, from the president of the Andalusian Regional Government, Juanma Moreno, to representatives of companies such as Fujitsu, Cesur, Cajamar, Moeve and Grupo Joly.

The common message was clear: Andalusia has everything needed to lead the future. As Pablo González, CEO and founder of Trivu, pointed out, the aim is to “activate, connect and promote the talent that already exists in the region.”

The presence of our colleagues at this forum is a source of pride to us, as well as a confirmation of something we deeply believe: young people and emerging talent are key to Andalusia’s development. Their participation reflects our commitment to continuous training, innovation and the confidence we place in coming generations.

At a time when digital transformation and Industry 4.0 are redefining the world, we continue to work to ensure that Andalusia remains a land of opportunity, innovation and development.
