Titania’s commitment to social justice is leading the company to explore new ways to make a positive impact on society through the “Talent Without Barriers” programme.
Our contact over the years with various organizations and associations linked to different social sectors has allowed us to identify the need to go beyond one-off initiatives and create real and lasting opportunities for workplace inclusion.
“Talent Without Barriers” has the goal of removing obstacles, identifying talent, and facilitating the professional development of participants by offering guidance, training, and personalized support.
The programme involves bringing people with disabilities into our team through paid internships, in adapted positions where necessary, creating a real work experience with responsibilities, learning, and the development of professional skills that promote participants’ autonomy, social inclusion, and future employability.
In this first edition of the Talent Without Barriers programme, Paula Subiela, from the Cádiz Association for Spina Bifida and Related Disabilities (AGEBH); Daniel Parejo, from the Autismo Cádiz association; and Pablo Montero, from the AMUCODICH association, have joined the team.
Their participation marks the beginning of a project that aims to create a real pathway to employment for people with disabilities and an opportunity for Titania to move toward a more diverse and accessible organizational model.
