Twenty years ago, the idea of Titania as we know it today was a utopian dream.
It was a utopian dream to imagine that a company founded in Cádiz might one day provide its services in more than 30 countries, bringing our region’s talent to the attention of the world through excellence, innovation, and cutting-edge approaches.
It was a utopian dream to build a team where true equality and diversity are not just goals, but an everyday reality.
It was a utopian dream to create a company that is ever more sustainable, more committed to people and to society, and capable of making an impact beyond the projects it undertakes.
Twenty years later, we have more than enough reasons to celebrate that these utopian dreams are no longer just dreams.
And we’ve celebrated by marking this anniversary in a very special way. We shared a heartwarming Family Day with our families, packed with excitement, smiles, and moments to remember. Our children enjoyed activities lovingly prepared by our colleagues and the magic of Er Mago Antonio.
At our anniversary dinner, we had the opportunity to reflect on the journey we’ve taken. We were inspired by Ramón Barrera, a trainer and speaker, who made us laugh, think, and appreciate – once again – everything we’ve built together.
And then came Javier Ruibal’s performance – a moment to bring another utopian dream to life. His music, his poetry, and his warmth turned the night into an unforgettable memory and put the perfect finishing touch on a celebration so full of meaning for Titania.
Titania is the result of twenty years of staying true to our own way of doing things. It is the legacy of a team that continues to learn, grow, and dream of new utopias.
And that’s why we plan to keep blowing out candles for at least another twenty years.
