Our team has participated in Environmental Management System awareness day, led by our colleagues Adrián González and Pedro Astola, heads of the Environment and R&D+i departments, respectively.
During the day, we shared the main advances we have made as a team in reducing our environmental impact, as well as the projects and initiatives that drive us as a company committed to sustainability, especially in the area of the environment.
Our main initiatives include:
ISO 14001 certification, which endorses the company’s environmental management.
Renewable energy: photovoltaic installations in all our centres, covering up to 25% of our electricity demand.
Sustainable mobility: acquisition of a company car that is 100% electric.
New 28 m² electric painting booth, eliminating the use of fossil fuels.
System for reusing water from reverse osmosis, reducing annual consumption by 200 m³.
Reuse of materials through the From Testing To Training programme, which avoids more than one tonne of waste by donating industrial materials to educational centres.
Together we are continuing to build a cleaner, more efficient and sustainable future.
