The Cadiz-based company has seen an increase in its activity in the field of R&D+i though its collaborations in national and international projects, making it a benchmark in the fabric of the Andalusian technology sector. In May 2022, this growth led Titania to apply to participate in the Investigo Programme of European aid from the Next GenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for Andalusia, managed by the Regional Ministry of Employment, Training and Self-Employment.

The application was approved in November 2022, allowing the hiring of three young female researchers in the Research, Development and Innovation department who will be collaborating in different research projects in the area ofecological transition and green economy.

Among the nine beneficiaries in the province of Cadiz, Titania is one of only two private companies and is also the one that has hired the most personnel. To this end, it received a financial subsidy of 198,653.04 euros, 1% of which was co-financed with its own funds.
