Titania collaborates with a group of professors from the Higher School of Engineering, the Faculty of Marine and Environmental Sciences and the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Cadiz in the manufacture and assembly of face shields ready for use. In addition, private volunteers participate in the working group and other companies collaborate by donating part of the necessary elements to manufacture these protection elements.

At the moment, the group has 19 volunteers, two assembly centers and 27 3D printers that work at full capacity for this task. This initiative, which is open to citizen collaboration through the website https://esingenieria.uca.es/apuntate-cadena/, has so far managed to manufacture and deliver more than a thousand units to the Cadiz Healthcare Logistics Platform, from where the face shields are distributed to hospitals according to their needs, and to other entities that have requested them.
