Titania reports positive annual figures for 2017 and grows again in international clients, which already represent 30 per cent of its customer portfolio. Titania’s global strategy is consolidating in a context of significant inorganic growth in the testing laboratory sector by major multinational firms, in which the Spanish company highlights for being a technology SME in flexible, efficient and specialized services vs large corporations.

Titania has grown 5 per cent in annual business volume until reaching 2.8 million euros in 2017. International billing already accounts for 17 per cent of the total, coming from countries such as Germany, France, Holland, USA, Mexico, Malaysia, Brazil, India or Morocco.

Another  milestone reached last year is the acquisition and expansion of new technical capabilities, thanks to a significant investment of 15 per cent of the annual budget in new equipment and systems. The continuous innovation process in which Titania is involved makes possible not only to diversify its services within the aeronautical sector but also to other industrial sectors such as naval, offshore or renewable energies. These investments count on funding support from the Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia (IDEA Agency) under the framework of the program for Companies “Business Growth and Industrial Investment”, funded by Andalucía ERDF 2014-2020.

2018 will be key to Titania’s internationalization strategy. For this reason, the Andalusian company will reinforce its presence at major international events throughout this year, such as ILA Berlin, Aerospace & Defense Meetings in Seville and Aeromart Toulouse at the end of the year.
