Titania has revalidated its Quality Management System certifications according to the EN 9100 and ISO 9001 standards for another three years. These standards set the specific benchmarks for the aerospace and defence sectors, guaranteeing excellence in the company’s wide range of services. But what’s new this time round is that one year after opening its new R&D+i centre, the quality certifications now include the possibility to carry out certified activities there too. This is an opportunity to continue the company’s commitment to quality, to meeting customer needs, and to achieving industry specifications.
For Titania, the integration of the quality management system at all levels is paramount – from management and business to production and other corporate areas. The company’s commitment to demonstrating its technical capacities to third parties means that the company has ENAC / ILAC accreditation in accordance with UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 for a range of more than one hundred different tests. It also has Nadcap accreditation for testing metallic materials (MTL), non-metallic materials (NMMT), non-destructive testing (NDT) and chemical processes (CP), all in great demand by industry. Having these accreditations has allowed the Cadiz-based company to achieve multiple approvals from the world’s aircraft manufacturers: Airbus in its different divisions (civil, military and helicopters), Airbus Canada, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer and Sikorsky.
This commitment to quality and its results has positioned Titania as a benchmark within the Andalusian technology fabric.
