On 4 June 2025, the Regional Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, through the Andalusian Women’s Institute, awarded Titania Ensayos y Proyectos Industriales the Andalusian Mark of Excellence in Equality in the medium-sized company category. This award recognises the company’s commitment to equality between women and men in the labour, economic and business spheres.

The Andalusian Mark of Excellence in Equality was created to recognise and reward those entities committed to equality between women and men, with the aim of encouraging business initiatives that implement measures for the promotion of equality in the management of human resources, as well as improvements in the quality of women’s employment.

Within the traditionally male-dominated industrial sector, Titania has spent years developing policies and practices aimed at promoting gender equality and reducing the 30-70 imbalance that is so entrenched in the sector.

With the conviction that real equality is the only way forward, at Titania we have focused on eliminating the structural barriers that have traditionally limited the professional development of women by promoting co-responsibility at home and prioritizing good work-life balance in terms of personal and family life, providing a healthier environment for the entire workforce.
